Q: How do I get to your lodge?

A: We will pick you up from your hotel in Manaus and bring you to the lodge by car and then boat. It's a pleasure to have you here and we will also bring you back to Manaus after your stay with us.

 

Q: Can I bring all my luggage with me?

A: Yes, you can bring all your luggage with you, no problem. However, for convenience we recommend you to bring the necessary only and leave the heavy luggage in your hotel in Manaus. Most hotels have a free storage service and are happy to help.

 

Q: We have very special requirements and wishes for our journey.

A: We are happy to compile a package which fits your needs and desired time. Just contact us and we are happy to get back to you with a proposal.

 

Q: How long does it take for you to provide me with an offer?

A: You can directly book your package only indicating your arrival date. For questions, we usually have a very short turn-around in providing the required information. Sometime we have a larger event or local public holiday which might delay the response. But this is the exception. Just contact us whenever it is convenient for you.

 

Q: Where do your testimonials come from?

A: We have a book at the lodge where guests can write notes and recommendations if they like to do so. Furthermore, we have guests commenting on tripadvisor and other travel sites. Some of those testimonials you find on this Webpage. If you make it to our lodge (which we very hope) we will be very happy showing you our guest-book.

 

Q: When and how do I need to pay for my booking and package?

A:  50% is due during your online booking and the rest when at the lodge. The 50% secures your room, excursions and transfers. In addition, it enables us to already organise your driver and pickup in Manaus.
